Chapter One Case Background

Chapter One Case Background

Wansheng Electromechanical Company is mainly engaged in electromechanical products, producing SA-1 products. Customer demand is stable, and production is driven by forecast + orders. The company has mechanical processing workshops, electronic electrical equipment production workshops, and each workshop has several work centers divided by function. The production workshops are distributed in a factory park.

SA-1 products purchase raw materials and process them to produce parts and components. After the parts are completed, they are sent to the parts warehouse. SA-1 products contain electronic components. The electrical indicators of the electronic components vary from customer to customer. According to the delivery plan, the parts are picked out, and the finished products are assembled and shipped. The overall assembly cycle is short.

Demand for     SA-1 products is relatively stable, and quarterly and monthly shipments are stable. The customer usually releases the forecast demand for the next month and next quarter at the end of the quarter or the end of the month. Based on the customer's forecast, consider urgent orders, prepare purchase plans, and production plans.

The simulated data and calculation results of the examples in this book are closely related to the computer current date and U8 login date. The time used in each chapter is defined as follows:

A. The date of the windows system is adjusted to 2019-01-01 . During the establishment of the simulated A/C set from 2019/1/1 to 2019/12/31 , at least the basic settings, supply chain, manufacturing and other related functional modules are enabled.

B. From Chapter 2 to Chapter 3, the windows system date is adjusted to 2019-01-01 , and the U8 login date is set to 2019-01-01 .

C. From Chapter 4 to Chapter 9, the windows system date is adjusted to 2019-03-20 , and the U8 login date is set to 2019-03-20 .

D. Chapter 10 LRP plan, the windows system date is adjusted to 2019-10-28 , and the U8 login date is set to 2019-10-28 .

E. From Chapter 11 to Chapter 15, the windows system date is adjusted to 2019-03-20 , and the U8 login date is set to 2019-03-20 .

The above date and time are the date and time used in the experiment demonstration process of this book, which matches the logical reasoning and diagrams in the book. When the date and time are changed, the logic remains the same, and only the results shown in the figure will change.

In the experiment process of this book, after each chapter is over, the A/C set will be backed up to facilitate the simulation data switching.

A. Chapter 7 restores the A/C set data at the end of Chapter 5.

B. Chapter 9, Section 11, restore the A/C set data at the end of Chapter 7.

C. Chapter 10 and Chapter 11 restore the A/C set data at the end of Chapter 4.

D. Chapter 14 restores the A/C set data at the end of Chapter 7.
