How to see whether a domain name needs to be filed, this is divided into whether the server host and the domain name are domestic or foreign, the following are the 4 situations

1. Domestic domain name, pointing to domestic server.     Required

2. Domestic domain name, pointing to foreign server.    No need

3. Foreign domain names, pointing to domestic servers.    Required

4. Foreign domain names, pointing to foreign servers.    No need

 

The simple summary is : whether the domain name should be recorded or not actually depends on whether the server host is domestic or foreign, domestically, but foreign.
