[Links_fw] is some link programs to the bottom layer;
Contains some common link header files.

Some configuration files about BIOS (RTOS) platform and HLOS platform.
( HLOS stands for high level Operating System, which is Linux. The link with the HLOS suffix refers to the one used on A8.
RTOS, or Real Time Operating System, is BIOS . Links with RTOS suffix can be used on M3/DSP. )
