I have always wanted to write an article summarizing Android development experience. It is estimated that I was not up to a certain level at the time, so I couldn't keep up with my ideas, and I was struggling to write. Recently, the idea has become clearer, so I re-operated the keyboard and started coding. Let me declare first, I am not a programmer from a big factory. Before graduating last year, I have been engaged in the coding career I love in the current small entrepreneurial team. The following summary is based on my current technical level and cognition. Choosing a high salary or choosing stability is to face the problem of not having both fish and bear's paws. Before making a choice, you must first understand that this is a single choice, so that the decision you make is more in line with your own conditions, and you can walk a path that is more suitable for you. Blindly catering to the expectations of others, no matter how hard we work, we cannot get inner peace. We need to find a solution from a more authentic and inner perspective.
Second, money is the strength of a person's life. It is better to make more money while you are young.
I remember that when an employee resigned, he wrote the reason for resignation that moved many people: "The world is so big, I want to see it!" This gentle and idealistic resignation letter is precisely Gao Xiaosong's "Life is more than just what you see." There is also a portrayal of poetry and distant places.
However, after being moved, it is not the ambition of a good man to go on a trip that can support a young man to walk away, not the ambition of a good man, but the deposits in the bank that can bring a sense of security. Just like the popular Siwen in "Talk Show Conference", he once said this sentence: ** "Now that I have a deposit, I am not afraid of anything. Even if I don't talk about the talk show, the money will be enough for me to enjoy it for a long time."* *Such confidence comes from Siwen's self-confidence as an independent woman.
Talk show actor is not a stable career that people often say, but it allows Siwen to earn an income that a white-collar worker could not earn before and enjoy a life that he could not enjoy before. Make more money while you are young. Many people only see the helplessness of programmers being forced to quit after the age of 35, but no one notices that before the age of 35, programmers earn the money to enjoy life after the age of 35. Even though programmers have a 35+ phenomenon, their income is very high.
Third, think clearly about what you want, respect each other's choices, and don't have to envy what others have.
Making a decision is essentially to figure out what you need and what your purpose is. The founders of Xiaohongshu, Mao Wenchao and Qu Fang, are young talents who graduated from prestigious schools with high salaries, and the other is a white-collar worker with a leisurely and stable job in a state-owned enterprise.
Before starting a business, they all had enviable jobs. But it is precisely because they understand that they don't want to live without passion forever and work for others, they choose to start a business without hesitation and start from scratch. Think clearly about what you want, respect your choices, don't envy others, just walk your own way firmly. Only in this way can you be able to cope with difficulties and setbacks happily, and in the face of other people's doubts, can you say frankly: What does it matter to you?

I hope that everyone will have a good attitude. You have to think clearly about what kind of company you want to enter. It is not necessarily a large company, and I am not a very large company. Of course, if you don’t know the choice or plan, then choose a big company! I hope that we can choose the company we want to go to before investing or introducting it, instead of having a company that wants me to go! Also, don’t be afraid, and don’t be under pressure. Just treat it with your heart, but be prepared. Finally, I hope everyone can get a satisfactory offer! If you currently have a job, please cherish it and work hard. Finding a job is actually quite tiring and hard.
