There is a built-in telnet tool on windows, you can use it directly, if you can’t use it, it’s just not enabled.
Telnet enablement process:
open the control panel, select programs and functions,
click to enable or disable the Windows function. After
checking Telnet Client, click OK to
open the windows dos command line and enter it telnet. If the message shown in the following interface pops up, it means that the telnet is enabled successfully.
Use telnet port number on the test barrier:
Usage: telnet < ip > < port >
For example, I want to test at a local port 18080 through unreasonable
to use the command telnet 127.0.0.1 18080
if there is such a black screen instructions through the port
