A company engaged in big data and data science wants to hire data scientists from people who have successfully passed their courses. There are many people who sign up. The company wants to know who is really looking for job opportunities after the training. After the candidates register, they can get demographics, education, experience and other related information. Use this information to build a model to predict whether the candidate is looking for a new job or will stay with the current company.
