NPN（Non-Public Network）
NPN, or non-public network, is a network that provides services for specific users/organizations, which is different from the public network of telecom operators. In the definition of 3GPP TS23.501, non-public networks have the following two types:
- (1) Independent networking NPN network SNPN (Stand-alone NPN, independent private network), this network does not depend on the public network (PLMN network), and is operated by SNPN operators (non-operator networks, such as government private networks, Enterprise private network).
