conda install missingno
But not, so we changed pip install missingno
encountered problems as
in fact there has confessed how to solve this problem, the problem of pip, according to knock the yellow font command line up on it
python -m pip install --upgrade pip
But this often has a timeout problem. In fact, the network problem will cause half of the download, and then an error. The
solution is to keep working hard and know that success 
will always succeed.
After this success, it will work again pip install missingno.
