zencart 1.5.4 installation problem

Mysql 5.5 supports utf8mb4. When zencart1.5.4 is installed, the configuration table cannot be installed, and it prompts Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes, and one character of utf8mb4 is four bytes, so the error of index exceeding the length is reported

When using utf8, it fails to write special characters. When using utf8mb4, you need to modify the character length of zencart characters.
