I have found that because of some messy issues after the update, the computer cannot be used normally, so you have to restore or redo the system with one click. If you update, make sure to update Stability, to avoid low-level errors such as unplugging the power supply and shutting down the computer during the update.
2. Buy a USB keyboard emergency. Haha, I didn't expect to be so low-level. But it worked well and solved my urgent need. Note that it is more convenient for a notebook to use a USB keyboard.
3. Reset the BIOS. This method has been mentioned on many occasions, and it is not expensive. So, I suggest you try if possible.

1.4 At present, further guessing the direction of solving the problem

If it's a hardware problem, then I won't be bothered, because I can't solve it by myself, so I can only apply for repair.
If it is a system problem, I think that the maintenance staff said too general, there should be a way to prescribe the right medicine. After all, I did not only update the BIOS at the time, I also added more things.
