System update, keyboard and mouse cannot be used solution

         The recent Win10 update caused the keyboard and mouse to not work. The solutions are as follows:

  1. Do the following

      (1). After shutting down, first press the power button to turn it on;

      (2). After the startup sees the circle loaded by Win10, it will be forced to shut down at the first circle;

      (3). Repeat steps 1 and 2 3 times, turn on the machine, and it will enter the recovery interface;

      (4). Select Troubleshoot, then Advanced Options, select Command Prompt

 

 2. Enter this command dism /image:D:\ /Get-Packages /format:table

 3. Then see if there is this Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~16299.248.1.17 update

 4. Enter

dism /image:D:\ /Remove-Package /PackageName:Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~16299.248.1.17  

  Uninstall this update and restart your computer.
