Install plugins offline for higher versions of chrome

1. Change the file extension crx to zip after downloading crx.

2. Unzip the zip file.

3. Enter the chrome extension interface, open the developer mode, click to load the decompressed package, and directly select the decompressed file under windows. ubuntu needs to enter the decompressed folder and change the name of the  _metadata  folder to  metadata before loading.
