The product delivery standard must be a legal standard that meets the requirements of the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China. Product delivery standards should comply with: a) mandatory national standards and industry standards; b) local standards related to safety and health requirements; c) recommended national standards, industry standards, and local standards implemented by the company’s declaration; Refers to the standard used on the product or its packaging, product declaration, manual, quality certificate, packing list, delivery note, and label. d) Enterprise product standards. Article 17 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Standardization Law": If the products produced by an enterprise do not have national standards, industry standards or local standards, corresponding enterprise standards shall be formulated as the basis for organizing production. Enterprise standards are formulated by enterprise organizations (agricultural enterprise standards formulation measures are to be determined separately) and filed in accordance with the regulations of the people of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

Under any of the following circumstances, the enterprise product standard shall be reviewed:

(1) The relevant national laws, regulations, rules and industrial development guidelines and policies have been adjusted or re-regulated;

(2) Newly issued relevant national standards, industry standards, and local standards;

(3) The corresponding national standards, industry standards, and local standards in the normative reference documents have been revised;

(4) The production process or raw material formula of the enterprise has undergone major changes;

(5) The validity period of the bid filing has expired;

(6) Others that should be reviewed.
