Company reason:
1. During the entrepreneurial period, there is nothing to say about employee welfare not being perfected, but the upper-level decision-making information has not been delivered at all, such as moving, such as holidays, and other details are not in place.

2. Salaries are not paid on time.

3. Individuals do not agree with such an operating model.

4. The platform development has been waiting for a long time, and I hope to see the company's actual operation.

 5. There is no plan for the arrangement of the leader, and the idea is always changing, which leads to the staff's working status is either very idle or very busy.


Suggestion and advice:

1. Time utilization/awareness: Senior leaders make decisions and should not care about trivial matters. Otherwise, putting the cart before the horse is counterproductive.

2. Resource docking, failed to actually get hands, empty name.

3. Sometimes you can "draw pie" for employees, but sometimes you still need to be practical.

4. Talking about feelings with employees is never efficient and motivated by money. There is no hope for a promotion and salary increase in one year. Performance subsidies are zero. Whether employees or enterprises, the road to development must maintain value-added before the future.

In the last company, what I saw when I left my job was the boss’s problem. The family business management was too private and there were too many oppressive behaviors on employees.
