1. Install redmine with bitnami, download bitnami-redmine-4.1.1-2-windows-x64-installer.exe from https://bitnami.com/stack/redmine/installer

3. After the installation is complete, http://127.0.0.1/redmine/ and http://localhost/redmine/ can access the website, but the IP address of the external network cannot be accessed.
