Multiple hard drives of the physical server fail

1. Phenomenon description

The inspection department found a red light alarm on the server hard disk on site inspection. After transferring the process sheet to me, check the server status on the spot. After the on-site inspection, it was found that two hard disks had red light alarms. After entering the server status information bar from the BMC management port to check It is found that the hard disk is not faulty, but the status of these two hard disks is offline. One hard disk is forced to go online, and the other cannot be forced to go online. During this process, the hard disk backplane is replaced, and the RAID card has no results. The model is Inspur NF5270M3

2. Special phenomena

During the waiting process, there was no other operation. After re-checking in the afternoon, I found another red light alarm on the hard disk, referred to as "hard disk infection", and then replaced the hard disk. Because of the RAID, the hard disk no longer displays the fault light after the replacement.

3. Solve the problem

Force the alarm hard disk to go online and enter the operating system after replacing the hard disk. The system is Redhat 5.9. After using commands such as ip a, it is found that there is no network card, only the lo network card, and a series of methods such as installing the driver have been tested to no avail. To ensure the safe operation of production, Switch the system to the standby database, and reinstall and deploy the server to solve the problem
