*Explanation of Selection Rules
1. Work submission and work requirements (November 23-December 6)
- Participants must log in to the Huawei Developers Alliance official website forum before December 6, 2020 (if you don’t have an account, you need to register), click "I want to post" and select the -HarmonyOS section, and prefix the document with the title: [Code In the form of "Upcoming Selection", you can create a new post and publish, and the registration will be successful after the review and release.

Participating documents must be based on HarmonyOS and use Runhe HiSpark kits as the development carrier to display R&D results, share R&D experience, or show practical application cases, analyze application scenarios, and discuss the prospects of software and hardware development; pictures and texts are preferred, with a length of more than 500 words.

Participating documents must have clear views and specific content, highlight a key point and focus on one aspect; the views and content can reflect certain R&D value.
- The entry documents must be original by the author, plagiarism or plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the qualification for selection of the work will be cancelled directly. The author is responsible for legal disputes arising from the author's plagiarism or plagiarism.
2. Expert review and public review rules (December 7-December 9)
*The selection is divided into two parts: expert review and forum enthusiasm, and the final list of winners is selected by the judges' scores + public ratings .
- Expert rating (70%): Experts will start on December 7, 2020, and will review works that have been published and meet the specifications.
Evaluation criteria:

3. Announcement of winning results (December 10)
* Instructions for prize distribution
All prizes will be further contacted by the staff through private messages and related information such as the delivery address,
and will be distributed within 15-20 working days after the announcement of the winners.
