[System] CentOS8 system common related operations (continuous update)

1. Let CentOS8 support ntfs

dnf install epel-release
sudo dnf install ntfs-3g

2. Change the software source to the domestic software source.
   Change to the Tsinghua University source, see the CentOS mirror usage help.

3. To change the EPELsource to domestic sources, to
