Overview

3. University sites, many universities also have their own open source sites, such as Tsinghua University and Northeastern University. These sites are all usable, but some sites may experience large access delays or slow download speeds.

start installation

Here is VmwareWorkstation as the experimental environment

1. First create a virtual machine
   
2. Select mirror installation
   
3. Continue to install
   
4. Set the size of the disk space
   
5. Turn on the host
   
6. Guide to the operating system installation selection interface, use the up and down buttons to select the first enter
   
7. Start to boot the kernel and start the installation process
   
8. Choose the installation language, mainly because my English is not good, I will choose English...
   
9. This page requires us to configure the host's installation information, which mainly includes the following items, time zone, installation software package, disk partition, network card configuration, ROOT user password and creating new user, kernel DUMP function switch and language support options.
   
10. The language support here is the default English, the installation configuration is minimal installation, automatic partitioning of partitions, KDUMP function turned off, network card and host name configuration, time zone is Asia/Shanghai. The startup package of the network source I use here needs to configure the network The source can be installed normally.
