4). Choose CPU and memory, you can choose the most basic for basic self-study, and the configuration can be improved if there are more requirements later.
5). After selecting the CPU and memory and filtering, if you only use it for learning, you can choose the cheap one
6). Choose the operating system, choose according to your actual situation, I choose CentOS, don't choose too new version, I choose 8.0
7). Storage options, if you don't have much requirements, you can choose the most basic one. The efficient cloud disk is 40g, which is enough for learning.
8). Time selection, at least one month, the more time you choose, the more favorable (if you need to file, it seems to be at least three months, it is recommended to buy one year)
