Change the initial keyboard layout of Ubuntu 18.04
When installing Ubuntu, the keyboard layout was selected as English (UK) , and the keyboard symbols were messed up. It was very uncomfortable to type | into ~ , and then the search on the Internet relied on the graphical interface called by the code to process, and the keyboard was restarted. I restored it to the original style again, which may not be suitable for my situation. I explored the following and found that it is very simple and I don't need those codes.
Settings -> Regional and Language in the input source selection in English (UK) Click on '-'
and then click '+' to select English (United States)
to complete the restart no problem
Please forgive me for the bad article
