2. Download themes
Go to the following link to download your favorite Ubuntu theme:

Just select one such as Gnome-OSC-HS-2themes.tar.xz (the first file) and download it.
Decompress with xz and tar commands:
xz -d Gnome-OSC-HS--2-themes.tar.xz
tar xvf Gnome-OSC-HS--2-themes.tar
There are two folders in the folder obtained after decompression:
move these two folders to /usr/share/themes.
