Single-chip remote temperature control system

Introduction
Temperature is one of the common controlled parameters in industrial production. From food production to chemical production, from fuel production to steel production, etc., temperature control is all involved. It can be seen that temperature control occupies a very important position in industrial production, and with the modernization of industrial production, temperature control The speed and accuracy will be higher and higher. In recent years, the
field of temperature control has undergone great changes. The control of temperature in industrial production is no longer limited to short-distance or direct control, but requires remote control, which leads to remote temperature control.
There are many communication methods for remote temperature control, such as via network, radio and so on. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages. The use of radio communication is convenient, flexible and economical. It does not need to consume huge communication resources like network control, nor is it affected by network speed.
In terms of temperature control methods, traditional control methods (including classic control and modern control) are very difficult when dealing with controlled objects with non-linear or inaccurate characteristics. The temperature system is a large lag system, and a larger pure lag can cause system instability.
In the method of temperature acquisition, a thermocouple is usually used to convert the heat into an electrical signal, and then the temperature value is obtained through A/D conversion. This method is slow and not very accurate. Based on the above considerations and own hobbies, a remote temperature control system based on radio communication was designed. This article introduces the hardware design, software design, and debugging of the system in detail. It is hoped that it can bring some basic knowledge of radio communication and temperature control to the junior electronic production enthusiasts, as well as some matters that should be paid attention to.
1. The development and significance of temperature control
In human living environment, temperature plays an extremely important role. No matter where you live or what work you do, you are always dealing with temperature all the time. Since the industrial revolution in the 18th century, industrial development has an absolute relationship with whether we can control temperature. In the metallurgy, steel, petrochemical, cement, glass, pharmaceutical and other industries, it can be said that almost 80% of the industrial sectors have to consider the temperature factor.
Modern industrial design, engineering construction and daily life often need temperature control. Early temperature control is mainly used in factories, such as the water-soluble temperature of steel. Different grades of steel must be realized by molten iron at different temperatures, which may be effective Use temperature control to master the required products. In modern society, temperature control is not only applied to factory production, but its role is also reflected in all aspects. With the improvement of people's quality of life, the shadow of temperature control will be seen in hotel plants and family life, and temperature control will be better Serve the society.
2 Overall design and feasibility analysis
2.1 Design tasks
1. Use the knowledge learned to design a remote temperature control system. The temperature of the electric oven can be set manually within a certain range. The temperature signal detection scheme is determined by itself. The single-chip microcomputer adopts PID control algorithm to achieve real-time temperature control. The static error is 1 degree, the overshoot is less than 2.5%, and the system temperature adjustment time ts is less than 4 minute. The control output adopts pulse phase shift to trigger the thyristor to adjust the effective heating power. The control temperature range is room temperature -125℃, and the temperature in the box is displayed with decimal numbers.
