On the weekend of August 29-30, 2020, the first Chinese Bitcoin SV Developer Conference attracted thousands of online participants. This is the first time such an event has been held in China, aiming to establish and grow Chinese Bitcoin SV developers Innovative community.
More than 7,000 developers watched this two-day online live conference, hosted by some celebrities in the blockchain community, which included both professional insights and interactive dialogues. The first Chinese Bitcoin SV developer was organized by the Bitcoin Association, CSDN (China's largest online software development community) and the leading blockchain research and development company nChain.

The topic of the first day is Bitcoin theory, including discussion of the economic incentive mechanism in the Bitcoin system, and the tools that Bitcoin SV developers can use. In addition, it also demonstrated the advanced smart contract language sCrypt. The first day of the event ended with a fireside conversation between Dr. Craig S. Wright and nChain CTO Steve Shadders. During the conversation, Wright was interviewed on the origin of Bitcoin script and its potential for future development on the blockchain.
The first day of the conference focused on theory, and the second day was closely integrated with practical skills. Based on the knowledge learned on the first day, it was applied to the Bitcoin SV application development process. The Bitcoin Association also cooperated with CSDN to open a "Bitcoin SV Developer Zone" on the CSDN website to provide Chinese developers with content and training materials about Bitcoin SV.
The Bitcoin Association takes the promotion of the commercial development of Bitcoin SV as the basic principle and works with ecological participants to promote the future of Bitcoin technology.
