The purpose of management is to effectively achieve the goals of the organization. The subject is a person with professional management knowledge, the object is the participating element of the organization's activities, and the functions of management include planning, organization, leadership, and control.

I think management is to do more with less cost and pursue high profit.

Management is not only about managing a group of people, but also about managing oneself (career planning), but also about teamwork and task division (making organizational structure and rules and regulations).

Career planning is also a kind of plan. When I was a junior, I looked at the classical four-step method of using personal strategy to see the direction of development in the next three years . Organizational design:

What I think of organizational design is the division of labor, or the distribution of power and responsibilities. When I was the director of the standing group of the student union in my sophomore year, I involved organizational design. In fact, it was to streamline the organization. When I was studying software engineering in my junior year, I included designing software architecture. In fact, it was similar, that is, the distribution of functions with high aggregation and low coupling was used to avoid duplication of work. In addition, I also divided the labor when I was working. Understanding the needs is the motivation. For example, people who are short of money should not discuss their ideals with him. When the money is in place, he will work hard (salary); for example, people who are not short of money but lack affirmation will talk about money + encouragement, and he will work well (respect); For example, people who are not short of money or affirmation but have ideals should not use money or boast. Talk to him about ideals and he will work hard (honor). This coincides with people's physiological needs, respect needs and self-realization needs.

In addition, I also saw an interesting saying that the reason why people like to listen to music rather than listening to noise is because of the sense of expectation. The music is rhythmic, and the brain will have an expectation. Then the music will reach this expectation, and the brain will emit Dopamine.

This theory can be extended to many places. For example, the reason why Douyin is attractive is that the music gives people aural expectations, and the pictures give people visual expectations. The time is not long, and it is suitable for paving and rendering.

Something meets people's expectations or exceeds expectations, and it will produce a strong sense of satisfaction. The same is true of writing, cross talk, games, and interesting people. They all give people a kind of expectation, and then fulfill this expectation.

Encouragement also requires expectation, to set up a goal that he is interested in. When a person reaches the goal, he will have a strong sense of satisfaction.

Communication: self-communication, interpersonal communication, organizational communication, communication between the organization and the outside (public relations, negotiation);

I won’t go into more details about self-communication. I have a good mentality and I think everything is good. Fortune and misfortune depend on each other.

Interpersonal communication is actually simple, that is, harmony is the most important thing, so empathy is good. For example, in public, if you don’t like someone picking your feet, then you should not pick your feet (do not do to others what you don’t want); of course sometimes you don’t provoke others, but when others offend you, then friends come If there is food, the enemy has bullets.

Organizational communication is actually related to organizational design. In fact, it is an up-delivery.

The public is to introduce themselves to others. For example, in the early days of the Communist Party, it did not use the needles and needles of the folks to do public relations, which is to let other unknowing people have an understanding of the Communist Party, so as not to be guessed and brought into rhythm.

Negotiation is to talk about interests and allow organizations to collaborate with each other.

Control: personnel control, financial control, information control

I didn't understand this section very much. But I think control is also management in the usual sense. It is also the management that I resisted at the beginning. But if there are too many people, it is difficult to manage and must be controlled.

From a certain perspective, management is actually a kind of control. Control yourself, control others, control institutions. Or order. Lawful justice and chaotic darkness often appear in sandbox games. In fact, this is the collision of the two systems.

Innovation: technological innovation, institutional innovation, cultural innovation

In Marxist philosophy, it is said that knowledge is repetitive.

On the other hand, innovation means not to believe in authority, but in methods. Don't be dogmatic and empiricized. Question authority. It doesn't matter if a black cat or white cat catches a mouse, it is a good cat.

When I finished my senior year, I tried to design my graduation project in accordance with software engineering methods. From feasibility analysis to demand analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. But this is actually a small project. I don't need to communicate with other people and do it all by myself, so the requirements document (the purpose of the requirements document is to facilitate communication and maintenance) does not require much effort. I have committed a dogmatism here.
