"Linking new industries and building new ecology" Innovative use of blockchain technology to empower the real economy

　　Liu Duo, president of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, said on the 16th that blockchain, as a new technological infrastructure in China's new infrastructure, will be the focus of China's new infrastructure investment.
　　The Blockchain Summit Forum was held in Chongqing on the 16th. With the theme of "Linking New Industries and Building a New Ecosystem", the forum aims to create an important platform for the development, communication and cooperation of China's blockchain industry, and innovatively use blockchain technology to empower The real economy.
　　In his keynote speech at the conference, Liu Duo said that data has now become a key element of economic and social development. Through data assetization and asset digitization , the data elements required by the digital economy have been further enriched. Blockchain is an important part of my country's new infrastructure. Blockchain can realize data right confirmation , pricing and transactions, realize credible sharing, help companies reduce costs and increase efficiency, and improve transaction efficiency and value . Blockchain will be an important foundation to support the development of my country's digital economy.
　　In Liu Duo's view, the blockchain is still in the early stage of development, and the technology is still immature and needs to be improved . The performance of infrastructure services cannot meet the needs of traditional businesses, and there are performance bottlenecks in commercial use . The new operation mode of blockchain also puts forward new requirements on the existing legal and regulatory system.
　　According to statistics from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, the national infrastructure construction investment scale in 2020 is expected to reach 20 trillion yuan , of which new infrastructure will account for 10%. Liu Duo said that this will further promote the construction of blockchain infrastructure. At present, the financial industry (including supply chain finance) is the most important application field of blockchain . The new infrastructure will promote the development of blockchain to a wider range and deeper industry applications, and further promote the digital transformation of related industries, with a huge market space.
