Location management
Use the data collector to read the product barcode, query the specific position of the product in the cargo location (such as the product X in the A cargo area, the B waterway, and the C cargo slot) to realize the all-round management of the product.
Check the quantity of goods, storage conditions and maximum capacity of products in real time through the terminal or data collector, and manage the area, capacity, volume and equipment limits of the warehouse.
Product quality inspection
After the finished product package is affixed with a barcode, it is transported to the temporary storage area of the warehouse for inspection by the quality inspection department. The quality inspection department scans the packaging barcodes of unqualified products and makes corresponding records on the collector. After the inspection, the collector is connected to the computer, and the data is uploaded to the system; the qualified product generates a quality inspection form, and the warehouse manager performs the production and storage operations.
Product storage
Download the warehousing task from the system to the collector, scan the barcode on the product package when warehousing, enter the corresponding quantity on the collector, scan the barcode of the cargo location (if the cargo location is specified in the warehousing task, the collector The cargo location will be checked automatically), and upload the data to the system after collection, and the system will automatically process the data. All necessary information such as variety, quantity, warehousing personnel, quality inspection personnel, product location, production date, team, etc. are recorded in the database, and the system accumulates the products in the corresponding location.
Material distribution The batching list generated according to different positions contains very detailed batching information, including batching time, batching station, batching details, batching quantity, etc. Relevant custodians can automatically form an early warning based on the bar code information when picking up the goods, and give early warnings to the wrong ingredient details and quantity information, which greatly improves the work efficiency of warehouse managers.

When the product is out of the warehouse, the librarian finds out the corresponding product data from the system, downloads it to the collector according to the first-in first-out principle, and formulates the delivery task. When the goods arrive at the designated location, first scan the barcode of that location (if the location is wrong, the collector will issue an alert), and then scan the barcode of one of the products. If the delivery task conditions are met, enter the delivery quantity, and check or record the transportation unit and vehicle information (for future product tracking and retrospective use), otherwise the collector will give an alarm.
Warehouse returns
According to the actual return situation, scan the barcode of the returned product, import the system to generate a return order, and generate return details and accounting after confirmation.
Warehouse inventory
According to the company's system, the inventory task is to perform statistics in the system according to the warehouse, variety and other conditions, and download the inventory information to the collector. Warehouse staff perform inventory by scanning the barcodes of products in the designated area and entering the quantity. After collection, the data is uploaded to the system to generate an inventory report.
Inventory warning
In addition, according to the actual situation of the enterprise, a total of upper and lower warning lines can be set for each type of warehouse. When the inventory quantity approaches or exceeds the warning line, an alarm will be given, and production and sales will be adjusted in time to optimize the production and inventory of the enterprise.
