After the EasyNVR cloud terminal is successfully configured in the EasyNTS cloud gateway, the device is offline and the problem is solved.

I have briefly introduced the EasyNTS Cloud Gateway before. Part of it is equipment generated for network penetration. At present, some users have already conducted internal testing. We will also collect some internal testing user problems, and focus on troubleshooting and solving. Achieve better use effect.

When some users test the hardware configuration of the streaming media terminal EasyNVR in the EasyNTS cloud gateway, the device has been configured, but the device is offline on the nts.easynvr.com:10090 interface, as shown in the following figure:

Cause Analysis

This problem also occurs on the Internet, but the first method does not apply to such problems.

Approach

(1) After the configuration is completed, you need to use nmtui to delete the network card configured inside as shown in the following figure:

(2) After deleting, you need to write the network configuration file. If you don't need to create it yourself, the path is /etc/network/interfases, clear the data inside, and write it, as shown in the following figure:

(3) Manually set the DNS address, change the original /etc/resolv.conf name to /etc/resolv.conf_bak, after the change, you need to create /etc/resolv.conf and configure it as shown in the figure below:

(4) After modification, you need to reboot and restart, and then ping to see if it works:

As long as the boot can be pinged, you can go online.
