The new version of the EasyNTS platform adds the "organization management" function: users can add new organizations, assign devices to organizations, and create new users under the organization and assign devices to users. Below we talk about how users use the organization management function when using the new version of EasyNTS.
The operation method is as follows:
(1) First, log in to EasyNTS as an administrator to ensure that the current platform has been configured with networking services and the equipment that needs to be allocated has been added.
(2) Enter "System Management"-"Organization Management" in the left sidebar, click "Add Organization", enter "Organization Name", and click the "+" button on the right of "Device Assignment".
(3) Select the device you want to assign to the organization, then save it, add the organization and assign the device successfully.
(4) Next, add users under the organization:
Click the "Organization Details" button on the right side of the organization, and in the "User List", click "Add User".
(5) On the "Add User" page, fill in the information as required, and click the "+" button on the right of the device allocation
(6) Select the device you want to assign to the user, then save, add the user and assign the device successfully.
