4. Matters needing attention

The pad of the substrate and the electrode of the product are soldered on the surface. 6. Other design considerations

(1) The clock crystal oscillator adopts CMOS-IC (CMOS-IC) with built-in anti-static protection circuit, which is the same as ordinary CMOS integrated circuit. Please pay more attention.

(2) There is no internal capacitor between the power supply and ground (+DC-GND), but the KC7050S series has a bypass capacitor between VCC and GND. In order to prevent excessive voltage and prevent overcurrent, please bypass the capacitor (0.01 uF) is placed as close as possible to the (+DC-GND) terminal, but the capacity is a reference value, and the frequency characteristics vary with the capacitor type. (6) The KC7050S series needs moisture absorption management. After opening, please store it in a moisture-proof environment (25±5°C, within 65%RH), and install it within 7 days.

(7) If the Cl0ck Z series and MC-Z series encounter direct sunlight or LED and other light during operation, frequency fluctuations may occur during this period.
