Object storage
China Telecom's Object-Oriented Storage (OOS) is a massive, flexible, highly available, and cost-effective storage service provided by China Telecom. Customers only need to spend very little money to get an almost unlimited storage space, can adjust the occupation of resources at any time as needed, and only pay for the resources that are actually used. OOS provides two access methods based on Web portal and REST interface. Users can manage and access data through the Internet from anywhere. The REST interface provided by OOS is compatible with Amazon S3, so OOS-based businesses can easily interface with Amazon S3.
Cloud hard disk, cloud hard disk backup
Cloud Disk (CT-EVS, Elastic Volume Service) is a block-level storage device based on a distributed architecture that can be elastically expanded. Cloud hard disk has the characteristics of higher data reliability, higher I/O throughput and easier to use. It can provide system disk and data disk for cloud host to meet the storage of file system, database or other applications. Users can operate and manage block storage online, and can format and create files on the disk mounted to the cloud host just like using a traditional server hard disk.
Cloud storage gateway
Cloud Storage Gateway is a stand-alone gateway software that can be deployed locally and on the cloud. It works with Tianyi Cloud's object storage OOS products to provide enterprises with seamless cloud access capabilities. With the help of cloud storage gateway, users do not need to change the application program interface, and directly use the industry standard block storage protocol to safely store data in the Tianyi cloud object storage OOS.
