CDN (content delivery network)

Large customers: The daily peak bandwidth is the monthly average, and the monthly peak value is 95
Calculation example of monthly average daily peak bandwidth:
The customer officially started billing on February 1, 2017. The signed contract price is: P yuan/Mbps/effective days per month: if the consumption generated is greater than 1 Kbps, it will be recorded as
effective days. Assume that the customer has 14 days of consumption in February. Greater than 1 Kbps, the maximum value of 288 statistical points for each day of these 14 days
is: Max_1, Max_2, Max_3... Max_14. The billed bandwidth is Average(Max_1, Max_2, …,
Max_14). The fee for February is: Average(Max_1, Max_2 , …, Max_14) x P x 14 / 28
