2. Why do we need to apply for a Hong Kong Card for People's Livelihood?
1. There are many inconveniences in Hong Kong stocks trading without a Hong Kong card. For example, it is not possible to apply for Phillip Artifacts, for example, it is inconvenient to frequently mobilize funds, and transfers are easy to be caught.

3. The cost of Minsheng Hong Kong is not high.

Supporting FPS and bank-securities transfers can save a lot of costs. You can't transfer from the mainland to Hong Kong too many times (you can transfer at most once in 90 days. If you transfer too much, it is not appropriate. Don't ask the reason, just ask it).
3. Tell me about my road of turning around:
1. At the end of last year, the atmosphere in Hong Kong was not very good. I was a little scared, so I didn't go. (Actually, a lot of people in the group have nothing to do in the past.) But I still choose this one time, because the dog’s life matters;
2. Prepare to go to Hong Kong in the next year, or go to Guangzhou when the time comes (because my dad is also in Guangzhou, and do it together), when this epidemic broke out, the plan was invalidated, and Guangzhou did not dare to toss around, and my heart was about to collapse;
3. It seems that I can only witness the card issuance in the mainland. I found the local people's livelihood and said that it would take 30w to deposit for 3 months. I talked to a manager several times and said that I could deposit 20w. I also consulted the Hong Kong Card Express, saying that it would be fine to save 5w3 months, but I was a little worried about whether the intermediary was reliable, so I never made up my mind (in fact, you shouldn’t hesitate back and forth. 4. By chance, the group of friends introduced a channel to witness the card issuance. Then I went to Fliggy to look for a merchant, and I also looked for a listed company. One of their customer service only serves one country, so I forgot the most important information (multiple round trips) for consulting the customer service. Focus on confirming what country and whether electronic visa is feasible. It turned out that my wife and I were in Cambodia, and then I drove by myself for half an hour to apply for the card (fortunately this time I did not bring my wife, or I would have a close contact with the keyboard)

10. Fortunately, I went to the counter to apply for the card again, and it was done. It took about 16 working days for the card to be issued. Before the card was issued, Hong Kong called me to verify my monthly income (maybe I wrote too little within 1w). Heaven or send me a text message, in fact it was sent on the same day (maybe you know that I am the king of trampling to compensate me?)
11. After the card is successfully released, take your wife to do it. Currently waiting for news...
4. Matters needing attention in people's livelihood:
1. Information: Passport + multiple-entry visa (electronic signature can be printed by yourself) + the corresponding amount and amount for deposit (different regions have different requirements, and you need to bring the people's livelihood card)
2. The place of work and the place of residence are in the same city (this is required by me)
3. If you do not have a People’s Livelihood Mainland Card, it is recommended to bring a work certificate as a backup
4. It is recommended to bring extra cash such as 1000 (it is cash! Cannot explain publicly)
5. It is recommended to transfer from the mainland to Hong Kong no more than 2 times in three months (multiple transfers to the Hong Kong card at one time, will the card not wave with you when you arrive?)
6. When filling in the Phillip information, I transferred the FPS to DBS Bank and returned it twice (the customer service said that the account number was wrong), and then transferred to Standard Chartered successfully.
7. If you don’t take a screenshot right after the transfer is successful, 90% of you may not find the place to take the screenshot, because the transaction record can’t see the details. The correct method is [Transfer and Remittance]→[Transfer Record], don’t ask me why I know, I I forgot to take a screenshot when I transferred money, and I couldn't find it. I was going crazy!

Usually about 1.5 hours. It is recommended to make an appointment in advance and rush to the first one. After submitting the materials, you need to wait for a central pre-review center to review. The pre-review in the mainland can only leave. I waited 40 minutes for a pre-review. Don’t go there if you arrive at 4pm, the bank closes at 5pm
6. What is the approximate process for going there?
Hong Kong card staff receive pre-processing → counter for mainland card + U treasure → Hong Kong card staff tells you to fill in the information + said deposit → mainland pre-audit center review → after review, you can go
7. Does the deposit need to be deposited for 3 months before the card is released?
It's not. As long as you deposit according to the agreed amount of time, the review result will be given in about 60 days (it may be longer with the passage of time), which is usually a text message notification, and you will not be issued a card until you have deposited for 3 months.
8. Can the required deposit be used to make new purchases?
Can't. Deposits are placed in domestic banks and have nothing to do with brokers
