I can still feel some anxiety of everyone.

Interview process:
First, there is a technical side, and then a two-sided comprehensive interview. I am an offline interview, with one side and two sides separated by one day. The first two parties should communicate with you about the intended work location, and the interviewer will have a record. Then after passing the comprehensive interview, your resume should be available to the person in charge of the business department at your intended work place. If you think it is suitable, the person in charge of the business department should contact you by phone and have a communication with you. I am the second I received a phone call from the person in charge of the business department about two weeks after the
interview . If the communication is good, I will send you a text message for signing the negotiation. I received the text message about a week after receiving the call . Finally, I signed the negotiation with the interviewer on the spot. offer. After the three parties came out, they contacted the interviewer and signed a letter of intent. On the one hand, the contract was signed from August 15 to September 9, nearly a month.
Interview question: One
side: First, I introduced myself in English and learned about ZTE; then I asked whether I would accept the overseas position; then I talked about the two essay projects of my resume
. Answered and chatted, and there are some more conventional interview questions, such as the things you feel most fulfilling. Then asked about the salary expected below.
Generally speaking, the interview is not difficult, and more should be to examine the students' adaptability, expressive ability and logical thinking. Most of the classmates I came into contact with were from science and engineering backgrounds. There were relatively few related majors in communications and computer science, so they did not have strong professional issues.
Telephone communication: Why choose overseas? Do the parents agree? Will you sign a contract?
Signing negotiation: Mainly for me to ask questions, such as what I don’t know about the position. Anyway, I can ask any questions. Then I talked about salary, and finally asked whether I would accept the offer. The salary situation is not mentioned in the letter of intent. Let's go to the offershow.
Among these questions, I think I can prepare in advance mainly about self-introduction and understanding of ZTE in English.

Job status:
First of all, I can’t comment on ZTE and the evaluation of this position. I’m still unable to comment on this position. I suggest that students find some people who work in ZTE through their own channels. The brothers and sisters understand the actual situation and working atmosphere of the position and make an evaluation based on their own situation. I will only share the main work content of this position and some information that I have seen that I feel more objective.

Although I have a bachelor’s degree in communication engineering and a postgraduate degree in computer technology, I never fell in love with coding. The three companies that are planning to invest are Sangfor, ZTE, and Huawei. Before taking ZTE’s offer, they have an offer from a pre-sales product manager. They may be convinced that they are more competitive in terms of salary, but their yearning for overseas work still has a trace of patriotism. In the end, ZTE was chosen. Although it seems to have done a lot of homework, I don't know if this is the best choice. But maybe he is a relatively easy-going person, so I don't want to say to pursue the most perfect choice, perhaps like a computer optimization problem, more importantly, trade-off. Therefore, the students first analyze their own reality and needs, then analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the position, and make a trade-off based on their own situation. Time is left to the rest.
