PESCMS Ticket Customer Service Ticket System v1.3.2 released

We are happy to announce the arrival of PESCMS Ticket v1.3.2. This version brings back cross-domain work orders and UI improvements.

new function

Re-launch the cross-domain work order function.

After undergoing iterations in multiple versions, PT has improved the development of various functions, large and small. Since the design of cross-domain work orders did not consider too many security aspects, resulting in frequent accidents, this feature had to be taken down.

Now, it's time to improve it! After this version update, it will be able to usher in new cross-domain functional functions.

The calling method is the same as before, the same way, more secure functions.

Program UI improvements

Although UI design is our weakness, we still strive to improve every detail of the program. Strive to make the UI simple, elegant and clear. The following are new and improved places:

  1. New login registration page.

  2. Brand new front desk personal center.

  3. The color of the prompt box is increased to highlight the operating status.

  4. Added four warning box styles.

  5. Optimize the style effect of the panel.

  6. Optimize table style.

Added the function of customizing work order title in submitting work order details.

Some users may need to modify the title of the input box and other descriptive information in the detailed page of the submitted work order. For this reason, this update opens up this setting to facilitate users in need to customize the page for submitting work orders in more detail.

New customer account registration requires email activation verification function.

In reality, some users will randomly fill in their personal data. After they reported the problem, they could not continue to process the work order after sale. This brings great confusion to customer service or enterprises. For this reason, this update adds an account email activation function. After enabling this function, you must activate by email to log in to the system normally.

Added support for Dingding Enterprises.

Dingding currently limits the number of messages sent per day, and each person within the enterprise can only receive 500 messages per day. Therefore, we recommend that internal messages inform the preferred mailbox or corporate WeChat.

Other new features

  1. Added support for Alibaba Cloud SMS.

  2. Added the function to limit the submission interval.

Improve

Optimize notification delivery

Because many users always get some inexplicable errors in the notification, they also don't know how to debug. Considering this practical problem, we have adjusted the notification sending method as follows:

  1. When the notification fails to be sent, the message has 4 opportunities to be resent. After 4 times, it will stop sending again.

  2. If the message is sent successfully, it will not be deleted immediately by default. All sent messages will be removed after 7 days.

     

Other improvements

  1. Add a link to close the work order on the work order processing detail page.

  2. The optimized list shows the width and height of the picture.

  3. Optimize the length of the password entered in the login of the customer account, at least 6 digits in length.

  4. Fix the issue of sending notifications, {ticket_link} tag with WeChat jump tail.

  5. Fix the problem that the download fails because the Temp directory does not exist when downloading the application plug-in.

  6. Fixed an issue where the email template was not called when the password was forgotten.

  7. Fix the problem of missing the jump link when clicking the ticket to close it.

  8. Fix the problem that the closed unprocessed work order still executes timeout reminder.

  9. Remove obsolete files.

Plugin related

  1. Added new event binding.

  2. Optimize the application plug-in to fill in the parameters of GMA binding.

look forward to

In the next development plan, PT will usher in the function of automatic order separation. In addition, we will also consider whether it is necessary to design the message function in the station. Corresponding to the news notification, we think there is a lot of room for improvement. How to deal with the problem of feedback in the first place, and how to do it without excessive notification. These all need to be investigated and optimized one by one.
