Regardless of customer service in dealing with customers or work order process, it requires a great chance to upload pictures (files) to answer. So each record uploaded a file is necessary. In the process, select an existing file, you can reduce the space occupied by the situation.

Upload file format selection UBB
Previous upload files directly records the physical address of the file, and then follow the call in order to show the page as: Download file x.zip hyperlink. Once the file is increased, it is difficult to know what this file yes. This update, we will file was last saved as a UBB format, now uploaded files will retain the name of the uploaded file.
Adjust the work order detail page feedback form layout
In the complex feedback form, it is likely to contain a variety of information. Previous versions, is to show a form in the form of a line. When contain pictures, rich text and other forms, the whole feedback form will appear very messy. This update, we adjust the layout of the feedback form: title and content from each of the line, the title given to the top of each line dividing line distinction, and improves the color of text, the contents of projecting feedback.
