- Each member deployed the FOTT project locally and successfully compiled and used
- Understand the core functions of the project and the role and impact of the parts we have to do on the original project
- Further clarified the core needs of our project
- Separate the front-end and back-end tasks, determine the grouping, and analyze the specific tasks that each group needs to complete
- Determine the code repository: github team project address
