Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.8 release

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.8 has been released , this is the latest update RHEL 7 series, is currently in support cycle "maintenance phase."

This belongs to the minor version update, mainly by continuing to enhance the stability and reliability, rather than adding new features.
