The whole network connectivity using static routing

The main features
manually configure
a static route requires administrators to manually configure a section of their own actual needs, the router does not automatically generate the required static routes. Static route including the destination node or the IP address of the target network may also include a next hop IP address (typically the interface address of the next IP router with a local router attached), and the data packets when using the present static route in the router the interface.
Routing path is relatively fixed
because the static route is manually configured, static, each configured static routing path on the local router is basically unchanged, unless modified by the administrator himself. Further, when the state of the network topology or link changes, static routes can not be automatically modified, the network administrator needs to manually modify the static routing table associated with the routing information.
Perpetuating
because static routes are created manually by the administrator, so once created, it will be a permanent presence in the routing table, unless the administrator deleted it himself, or static routes specified in the interface is down, or the next hop IP address is unreachable.
Advisories not
static default routing information is private, not advertised to other routers, that is, when a router in a static route is configured, it will not be advertised to other routers connected to the network. But the network administrator still can re-publish static routing to other dynamic routing, so that other routers in the network are also available for this static route.
