Is it because I use the Windows Server 2019 OS is caused? These units VM with Windows Server 2016 to reinstall, and then run AzureSiteRecoveryUnified, this can be installed properly. Is it really does not support Windows Server 2019, I built a Windows Server 2019 virtual machine, and install a AzureSiteRecoveryUnified, found or Download MySQL this step or Failed. It seems not currently support Windows Server 2019.
