1. Download the mySQL installation package

Select the corresponding version under Windows and click "Download"
Click on the direct download shown in the figure above
Two, install mysql-community-8.0.22.0
Double-click the downloaded installation package in One
Select the installation mode, here I choose "custom (custom mode installation)", click "next"
In the custom mode, you can select the modules that need to be installed. The module I selected is as shown in the figure below, click "next"
Among them:
MySQL server is the core module of MySQL and must be installed;
MySQL workbench is the graphical operation interface of MySQL.
Click "execute" to start installing the selected module
Wait for the installation to complete
Click next
Click next to enter the configuration module
You can keep the default checked content, and then click "next" to select the authentication method
Select according to the above picture and click "next" to define the user password
After setting the user password, click "next"
Keep the default, click "next"
Click "execute" to start the installation function, and wait for the installation to complete
Click "finish"
Click "next" to enter the connection server interface
Enter the user name and password set before in the corresponding position in the above picture, click "check" and then click "next"
Click "execute" and wait for the installation to complete
Click "finish"
Click "next"
Click "finish" to complete the installation
