BSN second developer contest the background and purpose
Block chain services network (BSN) is a cross-cloud service, cross-gateway, across the underlying framework for the global infrastructure network deployment and operation of various types of block chain applications. Block chain underlying framework is a core component of BSN, BSN currently has support Hyperledger Fabric, being adapted to the FISCO BCOS, CITA, XuperChain Union and other domestic mainstream chain underlying framework.
The competition's theme is "Smart write contracts based on various underlying framework." In the current period of diversification of the underlying framework League chain, each frame has its own characteristics and advantages, the organizers hope that through this competition so that more block chain application developers are familiar with the current mainstream domestic league chain underlying framework, and the development environment and tools to master the frameworks of conduct, as well as understand the differences between each frame, and thus play a role in promoting technology exchange and integration of the entire block chain industry.

Entry requirements:
(1) Participants can be individuals, groups or companies, age, occupation and nationality restriction;
(2) Participants shall be based on at least Hyperledger Fabric, intelligent writing contracts FISCO BCOS, CITA, XuperChain of one underlying framework. If you write a different version of the smartphone based on multiple framework contracts, were given the coefficient 1.1, 1.3 and 1.5 of the addition on the final score;
(3) Different versions of contracts based on different smart underlying framework should implement business functions exactly the same, the specific characteristics and requirements can be prepared in accordance with the respective frame. Note: The above pre-tax bonus, if the winner is personal, award units will be deducted from income tax. If winning human enterprise, the enterprise shall award units issued corresponding invoice.
Grading:
Organizing Committee works will be published after the submission of the list of contest judges. The panel of judges consists of experienced developers with extensive programming experience. The following is the evaluation criteria:
(1) Intelligent contract innovative ideas, ingenious design and versatility: 40%;
Specification (2) smart contract functions, events, reasonable structure design, efficiency and safety: 20%;
Write (3) code is simple and standardized, readable, clear and accurate Notes: 20%;
(4) design specification documentation, structural integrity, detailed and accurate content: 20%;
(5) If the underlying framework developed several versions, all versions must be implemented exactly the same function. If the function is inconsistent, only select a version to participate in the assessment;
