Since I joined this company, I have been doing the tech support, this job is not different from my last job, I get a lot of calls about production issue every day.
When I received the request, need to observe the phenomenon about how it happened, analyze the essentials of complicated questions and understand where the problem is, then I will told the software developer what is the problem and give my advice. If the solution comes out, I need to verify by repeated testing.
