4. Support policies
1. The District Intellectual Property Bureau will grant the "Shanghai Jiading District Patent Industrialization Project" certificate to the enterprise that is recognized as a project;
2. Provide funding for recognized patent industrialization projects. Relevant streets and towns will provide a certain proportion of matching funding; the District Intellectual Property Office will allocate special funding to the relevant streets and towns, and then the streets and towns will allocate it to the project application enterprises.
5. Application conditions
1. The applicant is an enterprise registered and tax collected in Jiading District, with a complete intellectual property management system, excellent research and development capabilities and industrialization conditions.
2. The applied project has independently authorized high-value patents, with a certain patented technology as the core of the product (especially one or several invention patents or technical components, excluding design patents).
3. The applied projects should be in line with the industrial orientation of Shanghai, especially the key industry orientation of Jiading District.
4. The novelty search report conclusion of the patented technology involved in the applied project is that it reaches the internationally advanced or domestic leading level.
5. The annual sales of the declared project in 2021 will be no less than 10 million yuan, and it will have good economic benefits, social benefits and market development prospects.
6. The applied project has not been funded by the relevant administrative departments of the district government.
7. Enterprises that have abnormal patent applications and malicious trademark registrations recognized by the State Intellectual Property Office will be disqualified from applying.
8. Each company can only submit one project.

2. Enterprise business license
3. The company’s audit report or financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement) for the previous year
4. Valid patent certificate owned by the declared project
5. Effective technical level novelty check report for patented technology project products (issued after September 1, 2020)
