- Recognition conditions for high-tech enterprises in Hanyang District, Wuhan
(1) The enterprise must be registered and established for more than one year when applying for certification;
(2) The enterprise obtains the ownership of the intellectual property rights for its main goods (services) to play a core technical support purpose through independent research and development, transfer, donation, mergers and acquisitions, etc.;
(3) The technology that plays a core support purpose for the main commodity (service) of the enterprise falls within the scope specified in the "Key Supported High-tech Fields";
(4) The scientific and technological personnel engaged in R&D and related technological innovation activities of the enterprise account for no less than 10% of the total number of employees of the enterprise in that year;
(5) The ratio of the total research and development expenses of the enterprise to the total sales revenue of the same period in the past three fiscal years (if the actual operation period is less than three years, the calculation shall be based on the actual operation time, the same below) and the following requirements:
1. Enterprises whose sales revenue in the recent year is less than 50 million yuan (inclusive) shall not be less than 5%;
2. Enterprises with a sales revenue of 50 million yuan to 200 million yuan (inclusive) in the recent year, the proportion is not less than 4%;
3. The proportion of enterprises with a sales revenue of more than 200 million yuan in the most recent year shall not be less than 3%.
Among them, the total research and development expenses incurred by enterprises in my country account for no less than 60% of the total research and development expenses;
(6) The income from high-tech goods (services) in the past year accounted for no less than 60% of the total income of the enterprise in the same period;
(7) The evaluation of the enterprise's innovation capability should meet the corresponding requirements;
(8) The enterprise has no major safety or quality accidents or serious environmental violations within the year before the application for certification.
