Integrated cabling is a modular, highly flexible information transmission channel within a building or between building groups. Through it, voice equipment, data equipment, switching equipment and various control equipment can be connected to the information management system, and these equipment can also be connected to the external communication network. It also includes all cables and related connecting components between the connection points of the building's external network or telecommunications lines and the application system equipment. Integrated wiring consists of components of different series and specifications, including: transmission media, related connection hardware (such as patch panels, connectors, sockets, plugs, adapters) and electrical protection equipment.
According to the "Integrated Wiring System Engineering Design Code" (GB50311-2007), the integrated wiring system can be divided into 7 parts: work area, wiring subsystem, trunk line subsystem, and building group subsystem , equipment room, incoming line room, management.
(1) Work area: An independent area that requires terminal equipment should be divided into a work area. The work area should be composed of connecting cables and adapters extending from the information socket module of the wiring subsystem to the terminal equipment.
(2) Wiring subsystem: The wiring subsystem should consist of the information socket module in the work area, the information socket module, the distribution cables and optical cables of the telecommunications room wiring equipment, and the telecommunications room distribution equipment. It is composed of line equipment, equipment cables and jumpers.
(3) Trunk subsystem: The trunk subsystem should be composed of trunk cables and optical cables from the equipment room to the telecommunications room, building wiring equipment, equipment cables and jumpers installed in the equipment room. .
(4) Building group subsystem: The building group subsystem should be composed of trunk cables and optical cables connecting multiple buildings, building group wiring equipment, equipment cables and jumpers.
(5) Equipment room: The equipment room is a place for network management and information exchange at an appropriate location in each building. For integrated wiring system engineering design, the equipment room is mainly used to install building wiring equipment. Telephone switches, computer mainframe equipment, and entrance facilities may also be installed together with the wiring equipment.
(6) Incoming line room: The incoming line room is the entrance to the external communication and information pipelines of the building, and can be used as the installation site for entrance facilities and wiring equipment of the building complex.
(7) Management: Management should identify and record the wiring equipment, cables, information socket modules and other facilities in the work area, telecommunications room, equipment room, incoming line room according to a certain pattern. .
