Due to archiving, emails are no longer in one folder, so it is inconvenient to search separately

First enter keywords in the search box, then click "All Outlook Items" in the toolbar of the Search Tool tab, and then click "Include Old Results"
The effect of clicking is as follows, "Include old results" will turn gray after clicking
Check the search results again, and the global results will be displayed.
Special Note
Click "Include old results" to search emails that are not in the local area but in the server, and the results are more comprehensive and accurate
