1.Edit->Project Setting->Player->Api compatibility Leveを.Net4.xに変更;Active Input HandlingをBothに変更。

2. SteamVR 2.7.3 をインポートします。

3. Project->Packages が配置されているフォルダーを開き、フォルダーを開き、その中の manifest.json を開きます。
