IntelliJ IDEA 2023.1.3 is now available, the third bugfix update to v2023.1.

- Fixed an issue that caused the IDE to crash when using the navigation features in Raycast. [ IDEA-317346 ]

- Building JPS projects with JDK 8 no longer fails when both JDK and project files are stored on WSL [ IDEA-319240 ]
- When using Lombok in a Spring Boot project, the IDE no longer incorrectly reports autowiring errors for fields in @ConfigurationProperties set via application.properties. [ IDEA-319269 ]
