Recent work need to use Octave (or MATLAB) on Andrew Ng teacher Machine Learning course curriculum.
My own machine environment: Deepin 15.11
Octave official website for the Linux version does not provide a description Deepin, but the basic package Deepin and Ubuntu is generic, so the direct installation method of Ubuntu
sudo apt install octave
